Invoice Timeline
- 14 days before due date – Invoice generated and emailed
- On due date – First payment reminder
- 3 days after – Second reminder
- 7 days after – Service suspended
- 14 days after – Service terminated
Proration
When upgrading mid-cycle, you only pay the prorated difference for the remaining days. No double billing.
Credit Balance
Add funds to your account for instant payments. Credits are automatically applied to new invoices.
