6. International Data Transfer
In accordance with Article 14 of Law 151/2020, your personal data may not be transferred outside the Arab Republic of Egypt unless:
- Your explicit consent to the transfer has been obtained
- An adequate level of protection exists in the receiving country
- Authorization from the Personal Data Protection Center has been obtained where required
Certain data may be processed on servers outside Egypt for the purpose of providing hosting services, and this is done in accordance with the safeguards stipulated by law.
7. Sensitive Data
Pro Gineous does not collect sensitive personal data (such as health, biometric, religious beliefs, or political opinions data) except with your explicit consent and only when strictly necessary, in accordance with Article 3 of Law 151/2020.
8. Jurisdiction
Any disputes related to the protection of your personal data shall be governed by Egyptian law, and the courts of Beni Suef shall have jurisdiction, without prejudice to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Economic Courts as prescribed by the Economic Courts Establishment Law No. 120 of 2008 with respect to disputes falling within their jurisdiction.
