How to Update Your Payment Method

Managing Payment Methods

Keep your payment methods up to date to avoid service interruptions.

Adding a New Card

  1. Log in to Client Area
  2. Go to BillingPayment Methods
  3. Click Add New Payment Method
  4. Enter your card details
  5. Click Save Changes

Updating an Existing Card

  1. Navigate to Payment Methods
  2. Click Edit on the card to update
  3. Update the card number, expiry, or CVV
  4. Save changes

Removing a Payment Method

Click the Delete button next to the payment method you want to remove. Note: You cannot delete a method that is set as default for active services.

Setting Auto-Pay

Enable auto-pay to automatically charge your payment method when invoices are generated. This prevents accidental suspension of services.

  1. Go to BillingPayment Methods
  2. Set your preferred method as Default
  3. Ensure Auto-Pay is enabled on your services
