Managing Payment Methods
Keep your payment methods up to date to avoid service interruptions.
Adding a New Card
- Log in to Client Area
- Go to Billing → Payment Methods
- Click Add New Payment Method
- Enter your card details
- Click Save Changes
Updating an Existing Card
- Navigate to Payment Methods
- Click Edit on the card to update
- Update the card number, expiry, or CVV
- Save changes
Removing a Payment Method
Click the Delete button next to the payment method you want to remove. Note: You cannot delete a method that is set as default for active services.
Setting Auto-Pay
Enable auto-pay to automatically charge your payment method when invoices are generated. This prevents accidental suspension of services.
- Go to Billing → Payment Methods
- Set your preferred method as Default
- Ensure Auto-Pay is enabled on your services
